Meet Daysha Phimphone
My name is Daysha Phimphone and I am a licensed psychotherapist, licensed practical nurse, and integrative trauma specialist with over 24 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults impacted by trauma, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation.
My work bridges psychotherapy, neuroscience, somatic healing, and integrative modalities to support healing at both the cognitive and physiological level.
I am the founder and visionary behind Introspection & Reflection.

He works closely behind the scenes to protect the integrity of the healing environment, support ethical and client-centered care, and uphold the systems that allow the clinical work to unfold with safety and intention.
His role is rooted in care, detail, and unwavering support for everyone entering our sacred space.
