Meet The Team

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and Certified Child & Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP). I’m also the founder of Introspection & Reflection, LLC. I have developed a deeply integrative approach to therapy that blends neuroscience, subconscious reprogramming, somatic work, and spiritual wisdom.
I’ve spent over 23 years guiding individuals through some of life’s most painful and powerful transitions. My work is grounded, intuitive, and centered around helping people remember who they were before the world told them otherwise. Whether through one-on-one intensives, sacred group work, or immersive somatic experiences, my mission is to help clients reset their nervous systems, rewrite their internal belief patterns, and return to peace, power, and purpose.
I believe in going beyond talk therapy. Healing happens in the body, the breath, the mind, and the spirit. My signature programs—like Healing the Inner Child™, Peace, Be Still™, The Alpha Kids™ Method, The Unheard Mothers™, and The Mind Spa™reflect this holistic truth.
When I’m not guiding transformational healing work, I’m soaking up life with my amazing husband and our three incredible children. I love cooking, traveling, creating sacred spaces, and celebrating the beauty in everyday life. I believe joy is a form of medicine—and I try to pour it into everything I do.
“Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about remembering who you are.” – Daysha

As Chief of Operations at Introspection & Reflection, I handle the behind-the-scenes logistics that keep our practice flowing with ease. That includes everything from insurance verification, billing, and payroll to processing claims and coordinating referrals. I make sure our clients are supported efficiently, and that our clinicians have what they need to focus fully on their work.
I’ve always enjoyed systems, problem-solving, and finding the most efficient way to get things done. I take pride in making sure our processes are streamlined, compliant, and trustworthy. It’s important to me that our business reflects the same level of care that we give our clients.
I’ve been married to Daysha for over 20 years, and together, we’ve created a life built on love, faith, healing, and legacy. We have three amazing children who are the heart of our world. I enjoy traveling, researching, cooking, and spending quality time with my family, whether we’re exploring a new place or just gathered around the kitchen table.
I truly believe in the work we do here, and I’m honored to help build and maintain the foundation that supports every piece of it.

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Walden University, currently completing my practicum training. Over the years, I have gained a wide range of professional experience across healthcare, education, customer service, and career development. These opportunities have allowed me to work with people of all ages and backgrounds, giving me a deep appreciation for the unique challenges individuals face in different stages of life.
My journey has also included roles in medical assisting, lifestyle health coaching, family engagement, and educational support, all of which have fueled my passion for helping others. These experiences inspired me to pursue counseling, where I can create a supportive space for individuals to feel heard, valued, and empowered as they work toward growth and healing.

I’ve been a part of the Introspection & Reflection team since 2020, beginning my journey here as an intern during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. That experience shaped my approach to therapy in powerful ways, grounding me in compassion, flexibility, and deep respect for every client’s unique story.
I specialize in working with couples and teenagers, and I’m often told I have a calm, approachable energy that makes it easy for clients to open up, even those who’ve had a hard time expressing themselves in other settings. Whether I’m working with clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, or relationship struggles, my goal is to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and healing.
I’m fully trauma-informed and trained in evidence-based approaches that help clients feel empowered, seen, and heard. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. Sometimes, the deepest healing happens when we feel relaxed, accepted, and gently supported through life’s bumps and breakthroughs.
Being part of this team is more than just a job. It’s a calling. And I’m honored to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward growth and emotional freedom.

The name Introspection & Reflection was chosen to embody the essence of true healing which is the balance between looking inward and consciously integrating what we discover. “Introspection” represents the courageous act of exploring the mind, emotions, and patterns that shape our lives. “Reflection” honors the process of seeing ourselves clearly, learning, and transforming through awareness. Together, these words express our belief that lasting change begins within and radiates outward. Every service, group, and experience offered at I&R invites clients to pause, listen deeply, and return to their own insight, one breath, one reflection at a time.
