Our Dedicated Providers
Introspection & Reflection is a deliberately small, highly intentional practice. We focus on depth, continuity, and the quality of care. Both providers are deeply aligned with sound philosophy and are committed to holding this work with integrity, presence, and care.

Daysha Phimphone- CEO, Licensed Psychothearpist

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and Certified Child & Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP). I’m also the founder of Introspection & Reflection, LLC. I have developed a deeply integrative approach to therapy that blends neuroscience, subconscious reprogramming, somatic work, and spiritual wisdom.
I’ve spent over 24 years guiding individuals through some of life’s most painful and powerful transitions. My work is grounded, intuitive, and centered around helping people remember who they were before the world told them otherwise. Whether through one-on-one intensives, sacred group work, or immersive somatic experiences, my mission is to help clients reset their nervous systems, rewrite their internal belief patterns, and return to peace, power, and purpose.
I believe in going beyond talk therapy. Healing happens in the body, the breath, the mind, and the spirit. My signature programs—like Healing the Inner Child™, Peace, Be Still™, The Alpha Kids™ Method, The Unheard Mothers™, and The Mind Spa™reflect this holistic truth.
When I’m not guiding transformational healing work, I’m soaking up life with my amazing husband and our three incredible children. I love cooking, traveling, creating sacred spaces, and celebrating the beauty in everyday life. I believe joy is a form of medicine—and I try to pour it into everything I do.
“Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about remembering who you are.” – Daysha

Tameka Grant- Pre-Licensed Therapist

I’ve been a part of the Introspection & Reflection team since 2020, beginning my journey here as an intern during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. That experience shaped my approach to therapy in powerful ways, grounding me in compassion, flexibility, and deep respect for every client’s unique story.
I specialize in working with couples and teenagers, and I’m often told I have a calm, approachable energy that makes it easy for clients to open up, even those who’ve had a hard time expressing themselves in other settings. Whether I’m working with clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, or relationship struggles, my goal is to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and healing.
I’m fully trauma-informed and trained in evidence-based approaches that help clients feel empowered, seen, and heard. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. Sometimes, the deepest healing happens when we feel relaxed, accepted, and gently supported through life’s bumps and breakthroughs.
Being part of this team is more than just a job. It’s a calling. And I’m honored to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward growth and emotional freedom.
